The experienced trio add to the existing team of Dr Archie Vigneswaran, Dr David Leembruggen and Dr Lydia Agarwal. They work from our very modern clinic located just inside the front doors of our Warrnambool Community Health, here on Koroit Street.
‘We’re really excited to have these three new doctors join our clinic. It’s wonderful to be able to offer our patients, both new and existing, such a large choice of female GPs, particularly given each has such a wealth of knowledge and experience,’ says SWMC practice manager Sheron Cook.
South West Healtcare opened the onsite GP clinic in 2013 to help reduce the demand being placed on our Warrnambool emergency department by people with non-urgent needs.
SWMC was the first Warrnambool GP clinic to open week nights, the first Warrnambool GP clinic to take appointments online, and the first Warrnambool GP clinic to open on Sundays. We turned five last Wednesday. In this time we've achieved all of the above, won a prestigious Powercor Business Excellence Award and earned one of Australia’s highest accreditation scores for quality and safety.
SWMC appointments can be made by phoning us at 5563 4370, by booking online via the free HOTDOC app or by booking online at www.swmedicalcentre.com.au
